GMC Terrain Owners Manual
The GMC Terrain is a mid-size crossover SUV. According to GM, it replaced the Pontiac Torrent which was sold in the same dealerships prior to GM dropping the Pontiac brand. The Terrain shares engineering with the 2010 Chevrolet Equinox. Positioned below the full-size Acadia, the Terrain is GMC's entry in the highly competitive small crossover segment.
Terrain is full of equipment like side airbags - front and rear head curtain airbags and front seat-mounted torso airbags, Rollover sensor - designed to deploy the side curtain airbags in the event of an impending rollover, electronic stability control, includes roll stability control, antilock brakes, eaytime running lights etc.
